"Absolutely great support and service. I didn't purchase my Vision from Region 2000, but went to them for a warranty related issue since my dealer had closed. Mike and his staff were friendly, supportive and resolved my issue in a very timely manner. They even expended the time and resources to fix my bike within 1 day so I could pick it up on a Saturday without having to take more time off from work.
Even though it's a 2 1/2 hour ride to get to Mike's shop, it is worth the trip to receive the level of service and support they provide...this what customer support is suppose to be like.

"Mike at region 2000 is a VERY well qualified and knowledgeble dealer. He knows the machines he sells top to bottom. Unlike other dealers he doesnt have too look in a book for an answer to any question that you may have. The service is great and the mechanic is top notch.
